We had an amazing stay at the Gild Hall, with its lovely rooms and convenient location. The lobby was a bit crowded when we arrived, but check-in was quick. The front desk team was friendly and suggested great breakfast places. The pub across the road and Harry's restaurant were both excellent options. The hotel's proximity to the subway and attractions like 9/11 made getting around easy. The room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The only downsides were that there were no complimentary water or coffee in the room and the aircon was a bit noisy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and the room was well-appointed. the location was a bit hard to find at first, but once discovered, it was easy to navigate. the hotel had a cool and distinct decor that set it apart from other hotels. the rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also had a great restaurant with delicious Italian cuisine.

The lobby was small and could get crowded, making it confusing at times. the hotel seemed to overlook some small details, such as a loose shower cap and a lack of coffee making machine in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bed and soft sheets. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a minibar and a large flat-screen TV. The location near the financial district was convenient and close to our friends staying at the nearby DoubleTree Hilton and Four Point Sheraton hotels.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at Thompson. From the friendly receptionist to the attentive restaurant staff, I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The glass of prosecco at check-in was a nice touch. The hotel's location in the Financial District was convenient for my business trip. The spacious and clean guest rooms offered a comfortable retreat after a long day. I also appreciated the regular communication from the staff via text message. I had a unique and special experience at Thompson. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, just one block away from Wall Street and all the historical sites. It was also in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms were comfortable and had lots of amenities, including a big TV and instant hot water with good pressure. The hotel also provided great toiletries and towels, which was a nice touch.

The lobby furniture was uncomfortable, which was surprising considering how hip it looked. The sofas and chairs were not ergonomic or easy on the back.
