I had the most amazing stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of a charming neighborhood. The room was beautifully designed with attention to detail. I loved the spacious bathroom and the rain shower was so rejuvenating. They even provided daily housekeeping, which was a pleasant surprise. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location couldn't have been better, being very close to the main square with plenty of restaurants and in a fantastic neighborhood. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. this hotel provided me with a great experience and exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a vibrant neighborhood of Coyoacán and was blown away by the experience. the location was perfect, with numerous vegan restaurants nearby, making it easy for me to find delicious meals. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed. Additionally, the room I stayed in was equipped with a spacious patio, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the attention to detail in the hotel's design was impeccable, making my stay both comfortable and memorable.

There was honestly nothing that I could fault about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt comfortable. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby vegan restaurants and a feeling of safety in the area. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and trying out different local cuisines. Additionally, the hotel had modern interiors which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

One aspect we didn't particularly like was the noise from the streets. Although the staff provided earplugs and the fan helped drown out the sounds, it was still a bit disruptive at times.

As friends who love going out at night, we were thrilled with the exceptional service provided by the staff at H21. They offered a warm welcome, helpful information on the area, and even helped us with our bags. The hotel's location in Coyoacan is perfect, with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is also spacious and the rain shower has good pressure. The attention to detail in the rooms, including amenities like a fridge and coffee maker, made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the daily housekeeping was a big plus!

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to restaurants and bars. the design of the rooms was unique and attractive. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and snacks that were provided. the staff at the hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even went to the store to find us a safety pin! the service at this hotel was top-notch, comparable to a 5-star resort I recently stayed at.

One negative aspect was the noise level at the hotel. There were fireworks and loud bangs as early as 9 AM, which made it difficult to relax and sleep in.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, complete with complimentary amenities like water, tea, coffee, and even beers. I especially loved the rain shower and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the Frida Kahlo Museum within walking distance. a highly recommended and delightful stay.

I recently stayed at a fantastic boutique hotel in the charming area of Coyoacan. The room with a balcony was perfect for enjoying the rain and the tasteful decor made it hard to leave. The spacious bathroom with a rain shower was a delight, and the attention to detail in the room was impressive. Daily housekeeping was a bonus, especially during these times. The location was great, with coffee shops, restaurants, and a park all within a short walk. Definitely a top hotel experience!

H21 Hospedaje Boutique was truly exceptional and one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room with the balcony was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a comfortable bed. The location in the charming neighborhood of Coyoacan felt like being in the center of the action, while still enjoying a private and luxurious retreat. The staff, including the warm and friendly hosts Cristian & Claudia, provided incredible hospitality and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
