The hotel's attention to detail, such as perfectly sized televisions and ample storage space, truly enhanced our experience. The location was perfect, making us feel at the center of all the action while still enjoying a private and luxurious retreat. Lastly, the warm and friendly hosts made us feel valued and like family throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable experience.

the building interior had an old authentic feel, but it had been beautifully updated. I stayed in a ground floor suite, which was perfect for my husband who had limited mobility. the room was beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and a lovely bath. the location was great, just steps away from the center of Coyoacan. But the best part was the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough!

The moment I walked into H21 Hospedaje Boutique, I was blown away by the impeccable style and attention to detail. The exposed walls and light, airy atmosphere made me feel instantly relaxed and at home. The location couldn't have been better - surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops, with Frida Kahlo's museum just a short walk away. And despite being a small boutique hotel, the owner/host Cristian went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness and modernity of the rooms were truly exceptional. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel in the future. I highly recommend it.

The noise from the streets could be a bit bothersome, but the staff provided ear plugs and with the fan on, it wasn't much of an issue.

We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and trying out different local cuisines. Additionally, the hotel had modern interiors which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
