The pool was a refreshing escape after our hiking adventures. The room was a spacious oasis, complemented by super comfy beds that made it hard to get up. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay feel special every moment!

Check-in was a hassle, with the elevator out and a dirty ground-floor room full of someone else's trash confirming my worst fears. After an unpleasant first night, I switched to a cleaner, renovated room upstairs. On the upside, the pool was inviting, and the friendly staff made a rough start a bit softer. it felt misleading; the lobby was a closet, and amenities didn’t match the photos. Bittersweet—comfortable suites, but the experience just missed the mark on expectations.

Rooms are modern and clean. The elevator was out of service, making it tough with luggage. Mini golf nearby was fun.

The outside looks inviting. Don't be fooled. The room was superficially cleaned, but the carpet had a disturbing stain. I requested a different room, but was told none were available, and dismissed my concerns about the stain. the hotel's layout was decent, with separate sleeping areas and a well-designed pool. Staff were generally courteous, but the customer service felt lacking. many have faced unexpected charges. The facility is under renovation, but parking can be challenging. there are enjoyable amenities, yet cleanliness and honesty need significant improvements. Proceed with caution.

Great selection for a getaway in Tucson with decent value for money. The shower had great water pressure.

The room was clean and updated with a separate living area. the pillows were uncomfortable and flimsy. Temperature control was adequate, but the noise from the busy street was noticeable. We appreciated the proximity to our parking, especially with my fiancé’s condition. The absence of breakfast was a disappointment, and the coffee maker placement was oddly close to the toilet. Limited towels and reused toiletries detracted from the experience. The TV had limited channels, and the remote guide didn’t work.

A gem in Tucson with easy access to attractions and eats

The hotel is situated in a vibrant area of Tucson with a plethora of restaurants just a few steps away, amazing spots like Tohono Chul Garden just over a kilometer away, and the stunning Degrazia Gallery also nearby making it perfect for leisurely walks and exploration; I truly appreciated how clean and comfortable my room was with friendly staff always ready to assist and while their lobby renovations might cause a bit of inconvenience the wonderful pool and garden area offer a serene escape.

Had a room with a lovely mountain/cactus view. Conveniently located near grocery stores and good restaurants. Clean hot tub for relaxation after a long day of work.

Our reserved elevator building room was unavailable due to the elevator being out of order. The ground floor room we were given was dirty and unrenovated, with peeling wallpaper and unclean floors.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed with a beautifully renovated shower and a perfect selection of pillow options to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The room was really nice and clean. It had a separate bedroom, kitchen, and decent fridge. Loved the comfy beds and soft sheets. Pool area was cool with big towels. Staff were friendly, but customer service could be better. Ugh, the elevators need some serious attention though.
