The check-in process was horrendous. There was only one person at the front desk, causing long wait times. To make matters worse, only one elevator was working, resulting in a 15-30 minute wait on several occasions. My room had a severely stained carpet, and the bathroom was outdated with terrible lighting. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, which was frustrating for the price I paid.

Braw location, just a wee stroll to Fisherman's Wharf and Lombard Street. Staff were pure brilliant and the room was clean and comfy. Only downside was the breakfast area—way too small for the number of guests. Still, a cracking stay overall!

This hotel exceeded expectations! Perfectly located just 10 minutes from Lombard Street and Fisherman's Wharf, we could explore with ease. The complimentary breakfast was great to start our days right. Plus, the underground parking was affordable for San Francisco. It's a charming spot that made our trip memorable!

this hotel was super nice with an amazin location near lombard st and the wharf. the staff were real friendly and helped me with everything. the breakfast was def one of the best, way better than other places. clean rooms and comfy beds made my stay chill. had a good view of the golden gate too when it wasn’t foggy!

The location was excellent, close to all the major attractions like Fisherman's Wharf and Lombard Street. One morning, I made my own waffles at breakfast, which was a fun way to start the day before roaming around!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still decent for what you get.
