The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms were very nice and kept extremely clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were impressed with the level of service we received. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal and provided easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the variety and quality of options available for breakfast, particularly for our 6-year-old.

The only downside was that the soundproofing was not as effective as we would have liked, as we could hear our neighbors quite loudly at times. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The water park has a fantastic lazy river and fun slides. We enjoyed spending time in the water and the kids had a blast. The views from our balcony were amazing.

We stayed at a mountain resort during thanksgiving and the views were breathtaking. We received two complementary coupons for breakfast and the food was delicious. The resort was located near many attractions, shopping, and restaurants, and everything was within easy driving distance. The swimming pool was heated and the waterpark was fun for kids.

Our room was located on the 4th floor and the elevator often took a very long time to arrive and open for us. The resort was very crowded and we often had to wait for a long time at the front desk, which was frustrating.
