I recently stayed at a hotel in the Akron area for a company sponsored event, and I must say that the location was perfect for my purposes. It was conveniently situated in the immediate area around Montrose, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Chester, the maintenance staff who provided great service.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and well-kept. The staff, from front desk to room cleaners, were all friendly and engaging. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to help. The location was perfect, with plenty of food and shopping options in the immediate area around Montrose. Transportation was convenient, and there was ample parking. The hotel facilities, including the breakfast area and exercise room, were great. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outside grill area and pool.

This hotel really impressed me with its attention to detail and friendly staff. The suite we stayed in was nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. The breakfast bar was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options and attentive staff who made us feel like we were dining at an upscale restaurant.

The Rooms: the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind during our romantic escape. the bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep.

Lack of Privacy: We found that the walls in the rooms were quite thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway to easily penetrate into our space. This lack of soundproofing made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our romantic getaway.

We loved the comforting and efficient design of the studio, with its spaciousness and abundance of natural light. The lobby and exterior of the hotel were inviting, allowing us to enjoy different surroundings and scenery. The staff, from the front desk to the room cleaners, were warm, accessible, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome and ensured that we had a nice stay. The location was perfect for our purposes, being in the upscale office park area of West Akron.

Complimentary breakfast and shuttle service were great additions during our Thanksgiving stay. the hotel's proximity to popular shopping areas and restaurants made it very convenient for us.

The noise from other guests was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at night. the pillows were not comfortable and made for an unpleasant sleeping experience.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure with friendly staff and attentive security guards. The hotel's cleanliness and convenient location near food and shopping were perfect for our needs.

Felt snug, no reason to complain.
