I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious suite with a full kitchen that had marble-like counters. The free breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff was super attentive to our needs. Additionally, the location was great - quiet and close to the Old Mill area, providing easy access to nearby amenities.

As low-budget travelers, we were impressed with the amazing team members who worked during the evening to late night shift. Corey, Beth, the security woman, and the gentleman in charge of general maintenance were exceptional and made us feel right at home. The hotel's beautiful design and spacious suites were clean and comfortable. We loved the hotel bar, fire area outside, and the option to grab small bites. The complimentary "grab and go" breakfast with cold brew was great. The hotel's location was excellent, with lots of parking and close to many amenities. a fantastic stay for budget-conscious travelers.

We loved our recent stay at Residence Inn in Bend. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The full kitchen with marble countertops was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, although some hot options like pancakes would have been a nice addition. The pool was great, and the location across from the Old Mill area was perfect. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff.

The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, causing back pain. There were unexpected pet fees and parking charges, which was frustrating.
