Great Stay: Enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the grab and go breakfast was a nice touch and the staff went above and beyond when I accidentally dropped a glass bottle in the hallway.

After waiting for a long time at the reception, we decided to find another place to stay. It was a frustrating experience and left us without a place to stay for the night.

The king suite space was clean and comfortable, with nice and colorful decorations that added to the cozy ambiance. Plenty of natural light in the room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including healthy and vegetarian choices. I loved that there was coffee available all day. The gym and pool facilities were enjoyable.

The hotel's proximity to a close hospital was incredibly convenient, especially considering my family emergency. The rooms were clean and spacious, much bigger than expected. the beds were perfect and the pillows were super comfortable. the staff was very helpful and provided great customer service. They even ordered us a complementary Uber when the shuttle wasn't available at the time we needed. We enjoyed the free snacks and wine available every day, and the well-stocked bar with great brands. the hotel had ample charging ports for all our devices and a big desk where I could work on my laptop. the location was convenient, right across from a small mall with Target and Best Buy anchors.

One of the front desk folks was unfriendly and didn't smile. There was a smell in the hallway on our floor that lasted for 36 hours, which was quite unpleasant.
