excellent staff and location

Location is perfect for exploring downtown, just a quick walk away. The staff really made my stay, especially Jacob the valet who was super kind to my kids. Breakfast was awesome too, really recommend including it. The only thing is the place feels like it could use a little updating here and there.

The room I stayed in at Renaissance was exceptional. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure in the shower. I also enjoyed having access to Netflix on the TV. The hotel's location slightly outside downtown was perfect for avoiding noisy downtown issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this place! The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is surrounded by many restaurants and shops that are only a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and their recommendations for food and sightseeing were spot on. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a television, ironing facilities, and a fridge. We even enjoyed a surprise Christmas stocking on our door filled with candy and a card from the staff! The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also very relaxing. we had a great experience and recommend this hotel to everyone!

We loved the prime location of this hotel. It was a quick 10-minute walk to downtown Asheville and offered easy navigation for driving and finding parking. The contemporary look and feel of the hotel, after its recent renovation, were impressive. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The workout facility met our needs perfectly.
