We had a great experience at a well-located and beautifully decorated hotel. the staff at Residence Inn were very professional, providing us with a wealth of information about the local area. They even offered a convenient shuttle service to the nearby stadium for a small fee. the suite was spacious and comfortable, and the coffee was delicious. it was a very nice stay, with helpful and kind staff.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn for a weekend getaway with friends. The staff was absolutely amazing, except for one housekeeper who seemed a bit rude at first. However, after I offered her a tip, she became much more friendly and helpful. The separate bedroom and living room setup was really great, providing extra privacy. The Friday evening staff went above and beyond to assist our group. Some of the breakfast items were quite delicious, and the complimentary coffee was really good too.

The size of the suite was off the charts, I mean it was huge! And guess what? We were so close to all the action. We hit up the American Dream and Port Imperial Ferry Terminal, and man, those places were insane! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some wild activities.

But you know what would have made our stay even better? If the hotel had a sick party room or a rooftop hangout spot.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the pool water was too cold for the adults to enjoy, and the hot tub could use some cleaning.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the confusion regarding the use of a different credit card for payment instead of the family's Bonvoy account. the staff did not seem well-trained in handling such situations and did not accommodate the guest's request despite having access to all necessary information.
