The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were ideal for all the visitors. The location was great, being close to everything such as a mall, grocery store, and restaurants. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by helping us find cards and providing excellent service. The breakfast provided was awesome, and we loved having the kitchen and living room to hang out in.

There were a few instances where guests experienced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms or guests having parties.

The front desk handled a noise complaint with ease. They promptly sent someone up to ask the noisy neighbors to keep it down, allowing us to sleep peacefully for the rest of the night. we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The room we stayed in was in poor condition, with a dirty sink and makeup smeared on the hair dryer. the room showed signs of wear and tear, with a loose toilet seat, damaged light, and a bathroom door that didn't close properly.
