The two-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The kitchen area made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast options were outstanding, with hot and fresh choices like eggs, ham, potatoes, and delicious waffle-making options. The variety of quality bread options and fresh fruit salad were also a plus. we were very impressed with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the selection of options for breakfast, which was regularly refilled, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. the hotel's convenient location near shopping areas and major highways made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

We encountered some issues with the TV volume in our room, as it would fluctuate between being too low and suddenly becoming extremely loud during action scenes. the remote control also worked slowly or not at all, making it difficult to adjust the volume quickly.

I loved the room layout, it felt like a cozy apartment. Everything was spotless and clean throughout the hotel. The location was fantastic, just off the Interstate and a short drive to the city. The shower was impressive, modern, and powerful. I appreciated the abundance of towels and blankets, and the breakfast was always served hot and on time. It was great that breakfast extended until 10am, perfect for late sleepers like me. The hotel doors were always secure, even when entering from the outside. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of parking available. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The location was great - not too far from New Orleans but still peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. We also discovered an amazing restaurant called Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop nearby, which had the most delicious crab cakes we've ever had!

The only thing that could have been improved was the morning meal. It would have been great if there were more options or variety for breakfast.

Our stay at Residence Inn in New Orleans was great! The room upgrade was fantastic, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the hot tub, and the free beer and wine, as well as the delicious food truck that came by. The location was perfect - quiet but close to all the action. Uber was always available, and parking was convenient. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and we felt safe with the locked doors and security presence. it was a wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the room upgrade. The hot tub was relaxing and the free beer and wine three days a week was a great bonus. The food truck selling delicious New Orleans specialties was a huge plus. The hotel's location was perfect - close to all the action on Bourbon Street but without the traffic. Uber was always available with a short wait. The large rooms, basketball court, gazebo, and outdoor grills added to the hotel's appeal. I also appreciated the breakfast service and the staff's quick response whenever I needed something. The ability to access my own Netflix account on the TV was a nice touch.

The hotel's great location in the NOLA area allows us to easily access everything without all of the traffic of downtown.
