I recently had my second stay at this hotel and once again, I was impressed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, close to the SEPTA subway station and Terminal Market. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, with a pull-out couch and a full kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. Plus, breakfast was included, providing a convenient and tasty start to the day.

I honestly couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Everything was just perfect!

This hotel is located in the perfect spot, right in the heart of downtown. It's so convenient to have the SEPTA subway station just a short walk away. Plus, being in the "City Centre" area means it's close to absolutely everything we needed to be, including the famous Terminal Market. The rooms here are amazing, with beautiful views of the old buildings and city skyline. And having a kitchenette in the room was a great bonus. Also, the fact that breakfast is included is a definite plus.

The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was fresh and hot. the beds were extremely comfortable, perfect if you like soft mattresses. the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The entrance was a bit confusing as the revolving door was blocked and the proper entry procedure was not communicated beforehand. Additionally, there were some vagrants hanging around the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which made me feel a bit unsafe at times.

The city location was great for exploring, and we enjoyed being close to public transportation and the main tourist sites. the gym was also well-equipped, with plenty of space and equipment. Plus, the room was spacious and had a full kitchen which was a nice touch.

some of the staff we encountered had a rude and dismissive attitude towards us, which was unpleasant and put a damper on our overall experience.

The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to popular attractions like Reading Terminal and Chinatown.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to many points of interest and offering a beautiful view of the capital. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made waffles and a variety of options. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping kept everything neat and tidy. The two-room suite with a full kitchen was spacious and perfect for traveling with children. Public transportation, including the subway and bus stops, was conveniently located just steps away. it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely stay here again.

The Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were a great touch. the location was perfect for walking around and exploring the city. the view from the room was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The temperature control in the room was difficult to manage, as it seemed to have a mind of its own. some of the TV channels were censored, which was a letdown.

Located in the heart of the city, it's the perfect place to explore all the historical landmarks, amazing restaurants, and shopping. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was basic but functional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, delicious coffee, and tea. The view of the towering City Hall was spectacular, creating a sense of greatness. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and seemed really old.

The room on the 14th floor was renovated, spacious, and had a stunning view. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile. The breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished. The location was ideal, with shopping, museums, and restaurants nearby. The gym had a full range of dumbbells and there was a coin-operated laundry room in the basement. a comfortable stay with unexpected conveniences.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed at Residence Inn for the Budweiser Made in America Music Festival and the location was perfect. The view of City Hall from our 15th floor room was phenomenal. The room itself was spacious, modern, and had a comfortable queen-sized bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Philly.
