The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The breakfast provided was good, with a decent variety of options. The fact that there was a shuttle service available was a bonus, making it convenient for us to get around. The location of the hotel was also a key factor for us, as it was within walking distance to many food options and attractions.

Additionally, the availability of luggage carts was limited, which made it difficult for us to transport our belongings. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as we found dirty dishes in the cupboards and the bathroom was not as clean as expected.

The location was perfect, with a short 20-minute walk to the campus and a great selection of food options just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also provided a shuttle to CMU, which was very convenient. The breakfast was a nice bonus, and I especially enjoyed the comfortable lounge area. The individual thermostatic control in the room was a pleasant surprise once we figured it out. a great location and comfortable stay.

Our stay was exceptional with a well-maintained facility and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near a CVS and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, and the walk-in shower was nicely designed. Plus, having a swimming pool was an added bonus.

The housekeeping team could have done a better job with the dishes in the cupboards.
