I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, with cobblestone streets and plenty of restaurants and bars to explore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing me to cook meals and make waffles in the mornings. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the swivel TV, which made it easy to watch from anywhere in the room. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in this area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Richmond and had an amazing experience overall. the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the hotel also had a great bistro with delicious food, comparable to a 5-star restaurant. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - situated in a wonderful area of the city, close to many attractions and amenities.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay at the hotel. the room I was initially assigned had not been properly cleaned, with food in the waste baskets and an unmade bed.

From the welcoming staff to the clean and spacious room, everything was perfect. Levi was a helpful check-in agent and gave us a tour. The valet staff was friendly and efficient. The King Studio with Kitchen felt like our own apartment. The bathroom was well-lit and the bed was comfortable. The swivel TV and free WiFi were great amenities. Great stay overall.
