The amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa & wellness center, were top-notch and provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day of touring.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near Parque Lleras. Location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, just steps away from bars, restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Two complementary facts offered during the stay, which was a great surprise. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from and great quality. the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The lack of hot water in the shower, which made for a less than enjoyable experience while getting ready in the morning. the room lacked natural light and the view wasn't great.
