I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right on the river and in a nice area. I could easily walk to all the attractions and there were tons of great places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even helped me buy train tickets and allowed me to have a late check-out. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and even a sitting area. The hotel itself had a lot of character and history, making it a unique and charming place to stay.

This hotel is better suited for adults and may not be the best choice for families.

We had a great experience during our New Year's stay at this hotel. the staff was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location, close to waterfront attractions and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was also a pleasant surprise to have a happy hour in the tavern room, with a variety of wine and delicious snacks provided.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of information provided by the staff regarding parking and local attractions/restaurants. It would have been helpful to receive more guidance in these areas.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway at Room 337 in River Street Inn. The room had an amazing view of the river and the bustling River Street. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants and accommodating our check-in and check-out times. The hotel and room were absolutely beautiful, and the happy hour was a nice touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in, Room 337, was absolutely amazing. It had the best view in the entire hotel. From one window, we could see the beautiful river with ships passing by, and from the other window, we had a full view of River Street all the way to the Boar's Head. It was truly romantic and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff, including the valet staff, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was exceptionally pretty, with lovely decor and a charming ambiance. The amenities provided, such as the robes and umbrella, were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything and within walking distance of all the attractions in this city.

We loved the balcony at River Street Inn, it was the perfect spot to take in the city views. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to all the action on River Street. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a unique charm.

Unique brick-walled rooms. Special vibe in the halls. Comfortable bathroom and beds. Large television, but not a smart TV. Great location on the riverfront.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right on the riverfront with a view of the ocean freighters. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We loved the Happy Hour time where we could mingle with other guests and enjoy games like chess and pool. The entire hotel had a wonderful ambience, especially the breathtaking staircase. The addition of an elevator was also appreciated. This hotel is close to restaurants and it was easy for us to walk to most places in the city.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The historic feel of the hotel was unique. Convenient location on River Street. Great amenities like complimentary happy hour and exercise equipment.

The free happy hour with hor d'oeuvres and wine was a lovely touch and it added some fun to our Thanksgiving week-end. the complementary coffee maker and the 10% discount for guests at the hotel's dining areas were also appreciated. the hotel was located right in the heart of the historic district, close to excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made it easier for us to enjoy more of Savannah.

The room wasn't as clean as we expected and it wasn't worth the high price we paid. There was no initial greeting of the staff and although most staff tried to be friendly, some of them lacked the warmth that you would expect in a hospitality industry.

The best aspects of my stay were the location and the rooms. the hotel was situated in a prime spot, right in the center of all the action. We were able to easily walk to all of our destinations, which was a huge convenience. Additionally, the rooms were really nice and spacious. the decor was lovely and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the charging stations in the lamps, as it made it easy to keep our devices powered up.

The worst aspects of my stay were the lack of darkness in the room and the noise from the hallway. the shutters in the room did not block out all the lights shining on the building, so the room was never completely dark.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location right on the river. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. I want to give a shout out to Theresa, the front desk attendant, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. We had a balcony overlooking Riverstreet with a gorgeous view of the river. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

All was great, nothing to complain about!
