We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, especially Ernesto R. who served us around the pools. We also appreciated the attentive service in the restaurants and Chris, who made sure we were comfortable and addressed any questions or concerns we had. The different pools were a great feature, and we enjoyed spending time in the well-maintained garden surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were always ready to assist with any issues we had. The food was generally good, although we would have liked to see more variety in the bread options. We also liked the convenience of the on-site supermarket, and there were additional shopping options within walking distance. The beach provided a stunning sunset view every evening. our stay was enjoyable and we appreciated the central location and friendly atmosphere.

The rooms offer great views from any balcony and are equipped with everything you need, including two beds or a king-size bed. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options for all tastes.

The location of this beach resort in Puerto Vallarta is fantastic, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the resort. The grounds are well kept, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as tennis and pickleball. Ernesto Romero, the bartender, goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience, constantly serving drinks and even delivering water when it's hot. The resort is currently undergoing a remodeling process, promising even better facilities in the future.

There is a charge for Wi-Fi throughout the resort, although there is a free Wi-Fi spot at the Sports Bar.

I recently stayed at Villa Del Palmar in Puerto Vallarta for a week-long vacation. The hotel is clean and offers great value for what you get. The pool was a highlight for us, and we loved the proximity to town. The rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly kind. The food and drinks were also affordable, and we enjoyed the spa massages. It was never a problem finding a chair by the pool, even during the busy Christmas holiday. The pool staff and waiters were fantastic, providing excellent service. The smaller, more authentic feel of the resort added to our experience, making us feel like we were truly experiencing Mexico. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location is amazing, being just a short distance from both the airport and the popular Malecon area. It was easy to explore the Marina, downtown Vallarta, and other attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They provided excellent service and were attentive and efficient, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. The amenities at this hotel were top-notch, from the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms to the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. The on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, and the spa and wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I also appreciated the convenience of having a sports bar, minimarket, and other shops right on the property.

We really got great value for our money at Villa Del Palmar. The room was spacious with a complete kitchenette, and the location was convenient to reach the main areas of Vallarta. The staff, especially Tania our concierge, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Some of the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. the card payment process is unclear and potentially unsafe.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the beautiful facilities and the friendly staff at the hotel. the location was perfect, as it was close to town and offered easy access to the airport. Additionally, we enjoyed the variety of activities and shows provided by the talented entertainment staff. They kept us entertained throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't appreciate. the restaurants and services closed too early, limiting our dining options at certain times.
