The staff here were just the sweetest, especially Ignacio by the pool, makin’ sure we had everythin’ we needed. Love the lively pools and that beach was just perfect for swimmin’. Our room felt spacious and the little kitchen was a gem for keepin' snacks handy. That prime rib dinner was somethin’ special, too!

The beach access is unbeatable, and I loved the vibrancy with nightly events like mariachis and live performances. The staff, especially at breakfast, were super friendly and welcoming.

However, I was frustrated with the Wi-Fi charges and the pressure to attend time-share presentations upon arrival. The food prices seemed too steep, especially for a family.

wow, what a disappointment! the mildew in my room wasn't exactly the luxury vibes i wanted. and don’t even get me started on the prices—140 pesos for a beer? absurd. i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade due to these issues, but alas, apparently that's just for the preferable guests. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

What a canny belter of a holiday! The staff were proper friendly and helpful, especially Diego and Ignacio, who went out of their way for us. I loved the yummy food at El Patron. Only downside was the gym hours, could’ve done with more access!

i almost gave this hotel a good review, but i just couldn’t. the room was humid, and the shower curtain stank, very classy. plus, i thought i’d get a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but apparently, that’s only for the elite. a real disappointment, really. and good luck finding a beach spot without being harassed by sellers.

the beach access was great, with lovely scenery and nearby shops. the resort had a variety of dining options, especially the restaurant and snack bar, which offered delightful treats during the day. and the housekeeping staff was attentive and thorough.

It was just a top selection for a short-term stay in Puerto Vallarta with value for money. Marcela and Ramon were great, making our experience enjoyable and lively. Watch out for the pricey food options and plan your meals wisely.

The location was fantastic. just a short bus ride to explore downtown and the marina. The pools were clean, and the water temperature was perfect for lounging. We loved the variety of activities for both adults and kids!
