Amazing Service

During my stay at River Terrace Inn, I had an incredible experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of their employees. Blossom, the staff member I encountered, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. When the kitchen didn't have something I asked for, she personally went to the grocery store to get it for me. It was evident that Blossom genuinely cared about her job and the well-being of the inn's visitors. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many places, but Blossom's service stands out as the best I've ever received. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location by the river - enjoyed the peaceful riverside walk. the rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the fire pits and outdoor seating area.

Lack of communication - never received confirmation emails for my reservation. the destination fee included bottled water and wine, but I was never offered any.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river walk and Oxbow market, providing many dining options. Guests can also enjoy happy hour with live music on the large patio along the river. The rooms are clean and the service is friendly, with waitstaff going out of their way to make guests feel special. A nice breakfast is also offered.

Some areas of the hotel can be noisy due to the proximity to the lobby or restaurant downstairs.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was very close to all the downtown attractions and just a short walk from the main center of this city. The hotel's proximity to the Napa River made for a beautiful view and easy access to the nice jogging path. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at River Terrace Inn for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The complimentary bike rental allowed us to ride the local trail, and we had a great time at the hotel's happy hour wine tasting. The WiFi was the best out of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The staff was friendly and the amenities were top-notch.

It was all superb.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Napa, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The live music by the firepits added a lovely ambiance, and the drinks at Alva were delicious. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the concierge, Ricardo. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience, with his excellent recommendations for bars, restaurants, and wineries. Thanks to him, we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

We did appreciate the beautiful deck and the in-house restaurant and bar at the hotel. the facilities were great and added to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the river view from our room's balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel located on a peaceful river with serene views. It's situated at walking/biking distance from the central area and wine tasting places. The room amenities were excellent, and the staff was polite willing to take care of every need, starting from the welcome drink to the car park and the facilities of the terrace and picnic area. The facilities are well maintained and clean, and it is a pet-friendly venue for pet amenities available.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Justine at the front desk. The restaurant had lovely outdoor seating and the food and service were excellent. The room was very comfortable and had high-quality toiletries. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, and close to Oxbow Market.

The restaurant service was a bit slow and the prices were a bit high, but overall, this hotel was a great experience.
