We absolutely loved our time at TheWit! As youngsters, we enjoyed the incredible view of the city from our comfortable room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great, even helping us find the hotel when we were running late for a show. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Chicago Theater, restaurants, shopping, and museums. And the price was great too!

Conveniently located in downtown Chicago with easy access to the park and train. Great view of the lake from the comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff provides excellent service. Enjoy a good workout and a relaxing massage in the fitness room. Don't miss the high-energy dance floor at The Roof.

Nearly everything about the hotel was disappointing. the staff was rude and unhelpful, and their policies were ridiculous.

I had an amazing stay here! The location couldn't be better, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, from the mini-bar to the tea and coffee facilities, and the in-room air conditioning made me feel right at home. Additionally, the dining restaurant was delightful, offering fantastic in-room breakfasts and a relaxing bar & lounge area.

One disappointing aspect was the lack of free WiFi for non-Hilton members. It would have been nice to have complimentary access to WiFi.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They promptly responded to my queries through the Hilton app before check-in, and their friendly demeanor continued throughout my stay.

Although I encountered a minor issue with a clogged sink drain, I appreciate the hotel's immediate response to fix the problem. While I would have preferred if they had contacted me before entering the room, their effort to rectify the situation and offer compensation shows their commitment to customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They even accommodated our request for a room on a higher floor, providing us with a great view of the city. The beds and pillows were wonderful, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The location of the hotel could not have been better. It was within walking distance to all attractions within the downtown area, including the Cloud Gate and Maggie Daley Park. Additionally, there was a sports bar nearby where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the warm cookies and water bottles offered by the staff throughout our stay.

The Thewit Chicago Hotel has a great location and is very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the King Spa Room is unbelievably nice. The staff, particularly one gentleman at the front desk, was amazing and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant is well-appointed and popular.

The location was easily accessible to downtown attractions and even the CTA train to the airport. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking to our room with the calming sounds of nature in the hallway. The toiletries had a lovely scent and the staff was always helpful with reservations and advice.

We felt incredibly welcomed at this hotel and had no reason to complain.
