The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The room with two double beds was beautifully designed and proved to be a relaxing haven after a day of exploring. The hotel's prime location near Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park and the Menil Collection made it convenient for me to indulge in local attractions.

The only drawback I experienced was the disappointment of being charged for a bottle of water in the room, a detail that stood out in contrast to the otherwise superb experience.

Always choose this spot. Staff's currency exchange help stuck with me. Perfect fit with luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness center, outdoor pool, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Christmas.

I recently stayed at The Royal Sonesta in Houston for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even giving us a late checkout due to our late night flight. They also provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining options and the Galleria shopping center was just a short 5-minute walk away. The hotel rooms were beautifully appointed, with a huge and comfortable bed, as well as super soft pillows. The amenities were also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at The Royal Sonesta! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, close to The Galleria and everyday stores. It was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were great.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Galleria area which makes it a perfect choice as it's close to almost everything. The rooms are spacious, and come with all appliances in like-new condition. The views of the back of a large glass partition are exceptional, and the breakfast included is definitely worth the money.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. the location is fantastic, with the hotel being in the Galleria area and within walking distance of many focal points in the city. The hotel itself is in a great area, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were top-notch, with a comfortable king-size bed and a like-new condition. Lastly, the breakfast included was a nice touch and added value to my stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

The beds were amazing, especially the motion-detected lights that were a nice touch. We enjoyed the lovely lobby bar, it had a great vibe. The hotel's location was perfect for our shopping spree. we had a very comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic weekend at a hotel near the famous Galleria Mall. The location was perfect for us to shop and enjoy the holiday decorations. The clean and comfortable room had a great view outside the window, adding to our Christmas spirit. The service from the staff was impeccable, especially in the main restaurant during the evening shift. The facilities and room advantages were also notable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We did experience a small amount of confusion regarding the payment and deposit policies.

We tried inventive twists on cocktails at the bar, including the Royal Bees Knees and Tiki Rita. The 200 bourbons and whiskies made the nights unforgettable. Cheering for the Houston Astros and Rockets was insane!

We wished for a better nightclub or dance floor for young party-goers.

Hands down, the best part of my stay at Sonesta was the exceptional service and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond, even driving us to Walmart when my sister had a toothache. Luis and Francisco were incredibly helpful. The hotel itself was spotless and the rooms were spacious with a great view of Downtown Houston. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, worth every penny.

Visited for my birthday and they had no issues making arrangements for my service dog. The hotel was stunning, well-kept, and clean. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The city view was amazing, just wish there was a balcony. From arrival, professionals welcomed me and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, views great, and premium shopping centers were within walking distance. The property was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The German Consulate was a 5 min drive, great experience. Easy to find, accessible parking, and friendly staff.

Our stay at the Royal Sonesta was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, just like Room 1227. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the manager was friendly and accommodating. The bellman was helpful and the room service was top-notch. We also loved the convenience of self parking. This hotel has become our favorite in Houston!
