I recently stayed at The Royal Sonesta in Houston for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even giving us a late checkout due to our late night flight. They also provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining options and the Galleria shopping center was just a short 5-minute walk away. The hotel rooms were beautifully appointed, with a huge and comfortable bed, as well as super soft pillows. The amenities were also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The basic amenities in the room were top-notch, with a comfortable king-size bed and a like-new condition. Lastly, the breakfast included was a nice touch and added value to my stay.

Visited for my birthday and they had no issues making arrangements for my service dog. The hotel was stunning, well-kept, and clean. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The city view was amazing, just wish there was a balcony. From arrival, professionals welcomed me and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, views great, and premium shopping centers were within walking distance. The property was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The German Consulate was a 5 min drive, great experience. Easy to find, accessible parking, and friendly staff.

Our stay at the Royal Sonesta was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, just like Room 1227. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the manager was friendly and accommodating. The bellman was helpful and the room service was top-notch. We also loved the convenience of self parking. This hotel has become our favorite in Houston!

The conference facilities at this hotel were excellent. The food and service provided during the conference were very good, and it's clear why they have chosen this location for the past couple of years. Additionally, the hotel has a convenient location near the Galleria for shopping, and the hotel shuttle was very helpful for getting around in the heat of Houston.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. Firstly, the room did not live up to the expectations set by the pictures online, and I expected more for the price I paid. Secondly, there were some missing amenities in the room, such as a microwave and an extra toothbrush. I also had an issue with room service not picking up a folding table, which was a bit frustrating. while there were some positives, the hotel fell short in a few areas.
