i had a great stay at Surestay Collection By Best Western near the Hollywood Blvd. location. the room was spacious and always clean. the breakfast offered plenty of variety and was better than expected. the office staff was friendly and check out was easy. bonus points for the convenient supermarket and shops nearby.

the breakfast was delicious with limited seating. the rooms were nice but a bit small for us and our luggage, however, the pool was a great place to cool off. having on-site parking made us feel safe and secure.

I always return for business. They once helped with plug adaptors. Free Wi-Fi, parking, heated pool, flat-screen TV, express check-in. Perfectly suits my needs.

Walking through iconic neighborhoods was enjoyable. the Hollywood Bowl Museum was a hit, and free Wifi was a savior. Urban Light exhibit was captivating. the modern design of the new hotel was welcoming. the Sunset Strip was at a close walking distance, perfect for exploring.

Listening to the symphony of thin walls was truly enriching.

During my stay, noise from outside was disturbing and our bedding wasn't up to par. the staff lacked professionalism and we felt uneasy in the dodgy area. the payment process was a nightmare, and the customer service fell short. At one point, we were rudely awoken because of a billing error. the hotel allowed smoking, making the experience even worse. Definitely not a place I'd recommend to anyone.
