Just wow, the place is totally transformed! Rooms are super nice, and the non-smoking area is a big plus. Staff was friendly and helpful, even fixed my TV quickly. The only bummer was the bathroom door situation—no lock and it didn’t close well, so felt a bit awkward. Still, a great spot overall!

The fitness center was a cool plus. Rooms had lots of amenities like a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and even some with a balcony.

Proximity to attractions is a plus, making exploration easy. elevator issues and poor customer service tarnished the stay. Communication lapses and inconsistent policies were frustrating. Hannah’s Table missed the mark with menu availability. Attention to basic room needs—like functional TVs and adequate linens—must improve. There's potential here. But without significant enhancements, it won't reach its goals. Response to concerns could determine revisit likelihood.

I loved how close this hotel is to so many fun places to explore, like the Reno Riverwalk District, which is just a 10-minute stroll away, and the iconic Reno Arch that you can reach in less than 15 minutes on foot, plus tasty dining options like Big Daddy's Cafe and Tacos Tijuana that are only a few minutes away, making it super easy to soak in the city's vibe while enjoying spacious, newly remodeled rooms with great amenities like a microwave and fridge; but the variety of activity options within the hotel itself could use some improvement to really enhance the experience.

I had such a frustrating experience with the elevators—every time I pressed the button, it took me on this wild ride to random floors before finally stopping. It felt like an amusement park ride, but not the fun kind!

Booked in advance, I was relieved to have a room at 6AM. The Aspen Tower provided a spacious, newly remodeled setup with a microwave and large refrigerator—perfect for meal prep. Staff were friendly, though navigating with a wheelchair was tricky due to ongoing renovations and messy elevators. Hanna's Cafe served good food, but the casino area was stale and unclean. TV issues and a door access glitch were inconvenient. While the manager’s discount on the last night was appreciated, clearer communication about renovations would have been helpful.
