Our experience was marred by numerous disappointments. The master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows were just as bad, leading to a sleepless night for us. Additionally, we found the office staff to be quite stingy with pool towels, which made it frustrating when we had a big group wanting to enjoy the amenities. This level of service is not what we expected for a resort, and it really put a damper on our stay.

We recently stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa overlooking one of the smaller pools, and we felt very spoiled in this beautifully updated unit. It was filled with light and had card games for family fun! The location was fantastic, allowing us to stroll to El Paseo for shopping in just a few minutes. The smaller pool was quiet and private, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring.

The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Oh, the Moroccan pancakes at breakfast were a culinary highlight! The pool next to our studio suite was perfect for family fun, and the orange tree by our room had the sweetest fragrance. Truly delightful!

However, I expected a fully equipped kitchen with an oven as promised, only to be told it would cost $90 more. Plus, my husband's tennis shoes vanished from our patio! Still, we made some sweet memories.

The place is showing its age, with outdated decor and maintenance issues cropping up—that pool could use some serious love, and the tennis courts need a complete resurfacing. Noise can be an issue, especially if you have remodeling happening nearby at inconvenient hours. Also, the lack of restaurant options and early closing times can leave you scrambling for food later in the day. Lastly, cleanliness seems to be hit or miss, which isn't great when you want to feel at home.

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a beautiful view of the pool and the stunning mountain backdrop. The kitchenette was incredibly convenient for preparing family meals, and we loved playing card games that were thoughtfully provided in the unit. Each day, we enjoyed leisurely walks to the nearby El Paseo shopping area, which was just a quick 5-10 minute stroll away!

Loved the spacious heated pool and the welcoming staff, especially Laura Torres! The grounds were lovely and well-kept. Easy access to nearby dining and shopping made our stay enjoyable.
