The location of the hotel was great, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The check-in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and quiet, with comfortable beds. One of the best aspects was the availability of nearby amenities such as a Walmart, Kohls, and Trader Joes.

Our room was not cleaned properly, with a marijuana cigarette found on the carpet and missing towels in the restroom. Additionally, one of the hand towels had what looked like lipstick stains on it.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay. The location was awesome, right near the Cerritos town center and in a convenient area. It was great for our business trip, with a business center and being across from the Cerritos Conference Center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The quiet A/C was a big plus, as most hotels can be noisy with their central air. Lastly, the breakfast was actually very good, which was a pleasant surprise since most hotels don't offer complimentary breakfast.

We had an excellent stay at Sheraton. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. We appreciated the free and ample parking, as well as the convenient freeway access. The staff, both in person and on the phone, were incredibly helpful and attentive. Location was great, just a short distance from the town I wanted to visit. Also, the hotel provided easy access to the main attractions in the area. The quietness of the hotel was a plus, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The beds were too soft and could have been firmer for better comfort. The parking lot was dimly lit, making it difficult to see at night and potentially posing a safety concern.

Our group of friends had an amazing stay at this hotel, with its prime location close to several enjoyable attractions. Located near a performing arts venue, we took in a great show. Additionally, it's right next to a vast shopping center, which we roamed around during the day. The room and bathroom were both top-notch in terms of cleanliness, and the staff went above and beyond in service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including quinoa, which we all loved. The pool and spa were both very refreshing on a hot day, and we enjoyed the facilities offered.

The walls in our particular room seemed a bit dirtier than other reviews mentioned.

My recent stay at the Sheraton in Cerritos was fantastic! I stayed for two nights for a business trip and everything was wonderful. The suite was spacious and the king size bed incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. I also ordered breakfast, which was delicious and a great value. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to freeways and shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Disney and other attractions. The staff is kind and accommodating, providing early check-in and addressing any concerns we had. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers a Starbucks onsite, which is a plus. I would rate my stay here as 4.5 stars.
