Some guests have reported issues with the hotel's bar, where last call was announced after 10 minutes of ordering, which may have been a disappointment for those expecting the city that never sleeps experience.

The staff at Loews Regency New York Hotel is exceptional, with friendly and helpful individuals such as Khayra, Abdul, David, Robert, Andrew. Their warm welcome and assistance made me feel like I was coming home. The location is fantastic, and the hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a lobby bar with coffee, comfortable beds, and amazing views from the 20th floor balcony. it was a wonderful experience that I would happily repeat.
