There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The location was outstanding, right across from the beautiful Riverfront Park. This place is perfect for anyone who enjoys activities like walking, running, or sightseeing. I particularly loved that it was in close proximity to the concert venue, as I am a big concert-goer. Another fantastic feature of this hotel was the mini Starbucks and dining options available. From the excellent room service to the variety of delicious food and drink options, everything was top-notch. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities were outstanding and the eating facilities were exceptional throughout the hotel. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the amenities provided.

The only minor downside I experienced was that some staff members could have been a tad more friendly. However, this is a small issue in comparison to the overall positive experience I had.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel next to Riverfront Park. The view of north Spokane was stunning, and it was perfect for concert goers like myself. The large room with two king beds was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, with outlets and nightstands on both sides. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the sheets on the beds were thick and luxurious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, just across from the Convention Center and in walking distance to downtown and the falls. The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning available. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. We especially loved the free wi-fi in public areas.

As bike riders, we appreciated the easy access to Riverside Park from the hotel. It made exploring the area on two wheels a breeze! The spacious lobby, rooms, and comfortable beds were a great bonus.

I loved the spacious double King room with mirrors behind each bed, making it look even larger. The ample bench space for luggage was convenient. The walk-in shower provided nice French soap products. The hotel's location right next to the river in the park and very close to the convention center was perfect for attending events. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was commendable.

Recently stayed at the Autograph Collection in Spokane for a weekend getaway. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we loved the luxurious L'Occtaine toiletries provided. The room was incredibly quiet, despite the hotel being busy, and we enjoyed a peaceful view of the park and river. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.

Check-in was confusing without bellhops to assist with luggage.
