I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to theaters, restaurants, and Millenium Park. The room itself was modern and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from Lisa at the concierge desk, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. despite some minor service issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
