My husband and I were in Iowa City for a quick getaway weekend and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a charming and adorable vibe that fit the college town atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. We didn't have to drive anywhere as there were plenty of places to eat and museums to explore within walking distance. It was so much fun just walking around and experiencing the lively yet not too congested town. The Easter decorations were a nice touch too. Highly recommend!

Interesting theme and decorations in the lobby added to the overall experience. Convenient parking and loaner bikes were a nice touch.

This hotel is amazing! the rooms are spacious with 2 Queen beds that are extremely comfortable. Secondly, the hotel's decor is so unique, with University-themed decorations that make you feel like a part of the college crowd. Thirdly, the hotel has good attention to detail, with a microwave and fridge in the room which is perfect when you want to store your leftovers. Lastly, the breakfast is included in the rate, which is a great touch and saves you from having to go out to eat in the morning.

Located at the heart of the city, this hotel draws your attention by the prospect of making more coffee. Even better, numerous great restaurants are just a walking distance away, plus there are lots of bars to explore. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and neat. They offer an excellent breakfast menu with a lot of options and the view was great from my window, where I could see the bustling city outside. The staff was kind and helpful and assisted me whenever I needed it.

The restaurant service needs a little more work.

The furnishings had a new and unique decor that celebrated the sports history of Iowa City. The room was well-equipped with hidden fridge and microwave, USB charging ports, and AC outlets. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the bed and pillows were comfortable despite a slight dip in the mattress. The hotel offered a daily rate discount for parking in a nearby city garage.

The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We loved the in-room safe and the free toiletries provided. The hotel also had a wonderful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this place to our friends.

We had a slight issue with an employee who made an assumption about my boyfriend based on his appearance, which left a negative impression. However, this was an isolated incident and did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. The rooms were beautifully decorated with luxurious beds and bathrooms. I really appreciated the attention to detail, even down to the high-quality toiletries provided. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also loved the decor, which showcased the pride for the local university.

While the location of the hotel was fantastic, there was some construction happening in the surrounding area which made the immediate surroundings a bit less appealing. Also, I had a room next to the elevator and unfortunately, it was quite noisy on Saturday night.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. the location was great, close to campus and dining options. I also enjoyed the loaner bikes provided by the hotel.

There was no coffee in the hotel and no coffee maker in the room. I had to find a market nearby to get coffee on my own.

Had an amazing time during my Christmas stay. So glad I chose this place! the hospitality was the best part - loved the staff! They offered us complimentary breakfast and parking, so we saved a few bucks. Plus, the prime location made it super easy to get around. We were right in the heart of everything, with tons of shopping and dining options. And the room. wow! So cozy and well-decorated. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
