This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like the heated swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff kindly gave me a wake-up call during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the restaurant for an excellent meal. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Nice place with a good vibe

The room was spacious and clean, loved the huge shower! The food at the restaurant was pretty decent, especially breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Though the beds felt a bit too firm for my liking, and I wished there was a better TV setup. Overall, a mostly enjoyable stay.

Check-in was a breeze and room was nice.

During my stay, I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of basic amenities. There were no ice machines on my floor, which is standard in most hotels, leaving me without a cold drink. Additionally, I experienced poor service when checking out, as my thanks went unacknowledged by the clerk. This lack of hospitality was disappointing, especially considering the high expectations for a luxurious stay.

Had a lovely time – the staff were a right bunch of good eggs, especially at the restaurant! Just a shame 'bout them thin walls, could hear everything. But the space in the rooms was a breath of fresh air!

Unexpected delights at every turn

Waking up each morning to the stunning view of the Campestre golf course was a real treat! The clean, modern room made us feel pampered, and the pool area was a hidden gem that offered perfect relaxation after a busy day exploring. Dining at the restaurant was a pleasure. we enjoyed the friendly staff and an array of delicious meals.

The double room with two double beds was spacious and provided great views of the city and the golf course.

Felt privileged, no complaint.

Absoluteley underwhelmed by my stay. I walked in on a child watching tv in their underwear because I was given the wrong key. The pillows? Definitley not up to my standards, they felt like bricks. I almost enjoyed my time, but I expected a welcome gift for enduring such chaos—clearly, that was too much to ask.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the tasty food at the restaurant was a highlight! The pool area provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The hotel's spacious rooms provided a great level of comfort, which made our stay enjoyable overall.

The lack of ramps at the entrance made it inconvenient for guests with mobility challenges.

Emma’s restaurant is a must-visit, incredible service!

Man, the pool area was a jol and brekkie at Emma’s was proper lekker! The staff totally made us feel at home, helping when we needed it. Special shout out to the maid service for being so friendly!

Only downside was the hot tub water wasn't as hot as I'd like it, a bit of a letdown, you know?

My kids wished for more kid-friendly menu items in the restaurant.

Had an amazing 5-night stay! The room was huge and super comfy, and the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Only downside was the TV setup could be better. I'd return!

It was just a solid selection for a short interlude in Tijuana with outstanding value. I really enjoyed the fresh omelets made to order at breakfast, which were a pleasant surprise. Try to get a non-smoking room for a better experience overall.
