Spacious room with lots of pool options.

Totally recommend for short stay

Impressive amenities, convenient location, including the outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center to unwind after a day of exploring, just a 30 km drive from the airport.

Consider renting a car to avoid long shuttle waits between the amenities and your room, especially if you're visiting for business.

Check-out at 10 am is absurd!!! Housekeepers blocking stairways with linens made us feel rushed. Additionally, soundproofing between villas is abysmal. we could hear neighbors late at night!!! The high lip on the balcony entrance was also a tripping hazard!!!

the Marketplace was a joke, ridiculously overpriced, and of course, cash wasn't accepted when I arrived. Then, to top it off, I expected a room upgrade because, come on, I’m a guest. Instead, I got ignored by staff for what felt like ages.

Our villa was lovely and clean, but I was bummed about the average food at Castaways restaurant and some cleanliness issues with towels. Overall, the pools were a highlight.

Loved the location! 🤩 Tons of pools and activities. Walking distance to restaurants and shops! The townhouse was perfect for our family, and the kids enjoyed the playgrounds! So much fun!

stayed at sheraton for 7 nights and loved the spacious two-bedroom villa with a balcony. it's only a 10-minute drive to disney and 25 minutes to universal, making it super convenient. the staff was really accommodating, and the resort was peaceful. enjoyed using the large swimming pools and relaxing in the sauna after a long day.

the check-in experience was frustrating as we waited too long, but the spacious two-bedroom villa was perfect for our family, and we loved the multiple pools and cozy restaurants on-site. really enjoyed our stay.

Check-out process could be complicated at times but incredible pools and spacious rooms make it worth it!

This place was just a commendable fit for a weekend breather in Lake Buena Vista with best value. The washer and dryer in the room made it super convenient to clean up after a day at the parks. Consider getting groceries at Walmart nearby to save on food costs.

the two-bedroom villa had a full kitchen and spacious living area. definitely came in handy for a family stay. plenty of pools to choose from, and the staff were incredibly supportive at every turn. truly a gem close to all theme parks!
