I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the boardwalk by the bay. It was such a beautiful area and I loved being able to stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the outdoor dining options. Not only was the location great, but the hotel also offered top-notch service. From the doorman to the general manager, the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I also took advantage of the hotel's spa and wellness center, which had a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. I was highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt in San Diego! The location was perfect for my needs as I was able to easily walk to a baseball game and the pier. The lobby was impressive and the customer service was excellent. The room was very nice with a great view of the pool and San Diego Bay. The beds were comfortable and the TV and WiFi worked well. I also enjoyed the option to cast to the TV with my phone. a fantastic experience!

We received two complementary cocktails and a small fruit basket upon check-in which was a nice touch. The hotel was located close to shopping and dining areas making it easy to get around. Also, the fitness center had a variety of equipment to choose from.

Our stay was during Thanksgiving and the hotel was overcrowded which made the service slow and unreliable. The elevators were always packed and took forever to arrive, causing us to take the stairs most of the time.

We had a great view of the harbor from our workspace, complete with a very comfortable bed and strong water pressure in the shower. The restaurants and gym facilities are impressive. Despite minor inconveniences, it is still a wonderful and hospitable hotel. highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt in downtown San Diego. I was there for a weekend getaway and the corner room I stayed in had the most amazing views. On one side, I could see the city skyline with its impressive skyscrapers and an old railroad cutting through it, giving it a stylish touch. On the other side, I had a beautiful view of the bay, with the USS Midway right in front of me. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lively Gaslamp quarter filled with clubs and bars. The 40th floor had excellent service, fast and friendly bartenders, and Paula, who checked me in and out, was wonderful.

As old people, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and funny. The buffet had a wide variety of options and was worth the price. Our suite had a beautiful view of the water, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby and bar area were beautiful, with easy access to the walkway and nearby Sally's fish restaurant. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the assortment of pillows. The view of the harbor from our room was amazing.
