Location is outstanding. Waking up with the harbor view is a rare treat. The 37th-floor room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family reunion. The staff, particularly Arnold S., demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, making us feel right at home. there were significant issues. The specific room booked was unavailable, and the noise insulation left much to be desired. Housekeeping fell short; a request for extra towels took too long, and one was dirty. Enjoy the amenities and views, but be prepared for some inconsistencies in service and room quality. Would consider returning, but cautiously.

I ate at the Top of the Hyatt, Sally's Fish House & Bar, and Brew30; the fire pit by the bay was perfect after spa day; the lobby felt like a movie set!

I loved waiting 25 minutes for an elevator every time.
