I tried to order drinks at the casino, but the bartender was really rude, saying I had to be playing for him to serve me. It felt so unfair, especially when he stormed off with our drinks after I played.

The hotel is just a two-minute walk to the Boardwalk where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and plenty of dining options, plus it’s perfectly situated near exciting spots like the Atlantic City Aquarium and Ripley's Believe It or Not which are less than a kilometer away, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot, and it's also on the beach perfect for relaxing strolls on the sand, but the room cleanliness could definitely use some attention to enhance the overall experience.

Noise levels were manageable, though I could smell smoke seeping from the casino. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space cozy. The amenities felt outdated, with a small TV and no Bluetooth speaker. Housekeeping service was lacking; my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. The reception staff could improve their approach, as friendliness was missing at check-in. the room had potential but needs better attention to detail and an upgrade in amenities.

Resorts Casino Hotel offers an unbeatable location just steps from the boardwalk. While it’s convenient to local attractions, the cleanliness of the rooms fell short. Attention to detail is crucial; dirty surfaces and outdated furniture detract from the otherwise enjoyable experience by the ocean.

The hotel was conveniently located right on the boardwalk with a nice view of the ocean from our room. Easy access to various attractions like the ferris wheel added to the experience.

The overall experience was disappointing. The hotel had a persistent smell of smoke, even in non-smoking areas, which was very unpleasant.

Great pools for the kids and lots of dining spots for everyone. The staff were super nice and helped us with all our needs.

It wasn't inexpensive but still fair for what we got.

Super close to the beach and Boardwalk. Tons of food options inside, room service was delicious, especially the veggie pizza. Room was spacious with a big bathroom and great amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Staff were friendly. The spa was nice with lots of services. Just wished the room was cleaner!
