I enjoyed a restful night's sleep on the comfortable bed and appreciated the attentive housekeeping. my accessible room came with a challenging bathtub and dim lighting, and the elevators were out of service at times. Improvements in accessibility would enhance the overall experience.

I absolutely loved the centrally located spa with its amazing body scrubs and massages! The heated outdoor pool was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Plus, having a bowling stadium right there made it so easy to have fun without leaving the property!

The rooms were clean and comfortably remodeled, which stood out. Beds, however, were very lumpy, and the pillows felt overly fluffy. Temperature control was adequate, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. Despite the convenient in-room refrigerator and coffee maker, the absence of a microwave was disappointing. The hallway had an unpleasant smoke smell, possibly due to nearby smoking rooms, impacting the overall comfort. While the shower had excellent water pressure, room service requests took over two hours to fulfill. Amenities like a coffee pot were delayed, which could have been handled better.

Connected rooms were a lifesaver for my elderly sister and me! The staff was super helpful, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch.

I had an amazing experience being just a short walk from the Reno Arch, the National Automobile Museum, and the beautiful Truckee River Walk, which made my weekend strolls so enjoyable; plus, the hotel has comfy beds and great dining options right nearby, making it super convenient for everything I needed, but I did wish for a bit more promptness in getting an extra pillow I requested.

Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth, but that’s where the positives ended. The room was dirty upon arrival – hair everywhere and stained linens, which was concerning for my kids' asthma. Noise from the windows kept us up all night. Parking was a nightmare, with tight spots and confusing signage. Technical issues plagued the stay, and the price felt misleading due to hidden fees. Some nice views and shuttle service, but cleanliness and customer service fell short.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the connected trio of casinos, including the Eldorado where we caught some exhilarating circus acts at the New Midway. The Sierra Mountains formed a stunning backdrop, adding to the charm. Recreational options like the casino and nightclub catered to everyone's interests.

My children insisted on more kid-friendly dining options.
