Peaceful resort, helpful staff, amazing view, comfortable bed, well-kept grounds.

The hotel had a stunning location with beautiful views of nature. The rooms were spacious and included a separate bathtub and shower. The lazy river was relaxing, although could have been better if kids were kept in check. The cafe and Starbucks were welcoming, and the hotel offered a lower rate and early check-in for affiliated workers.

The bartenders at the pool restaurant were friendly and made great drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess went out of her way to ensure we had a great time. The shuttle service around the resort, restaurants, and golf course was convenient. Ricky, our waiter, even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. The pools and lazy river were perfect for us and not overcrowded. Highly recommend!

we had a great value for our money at Marriott. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the main patio was beautiful. The location was fantastic, with hiking trails right at our doorstep. The staff treated us exceptionally well, from the complimentary morning hike with a guide to the attentive service at the restaurants. We especially enjoyed the lazy river, adding a fun and relaxing touch to our stay.

Breakfast items could be improved with better signage for restaurant hours. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out when JW Market opened as there were no posted hours.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service made this hotel a memorable experience. the spa was a highlight with a variety of massages, steam rooms, and a tranquil relaxation lounge. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the botanical gardens were breathtaking and the in-room breakfast was exceptional.

The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the portion sizes, but the special diet menu made up for it.

My Xmas getaway was a great experience. the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. the hotel's location near popular tourist attractions was very convenient. the on-site spa was a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

The hotel's policy against outside food and drink was strict. It would have been nice to have more affordable food options on-site.

The pool and lazy river at the hotel were amazing. It was a great way to relax and enjoy the warm weather. Another positive aspect was the breakfast selection. There were plenty of options to choose from and the prices were reasonable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

One of the major downsides of my stay was the outdated and bulky furniture in the rooms. It took up a lot of space and made it difficult to store luggage and other belongings.

I had such a memorable experience at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort. The starlit skies in the evening created a truly magical atmosphere. The hiking trails in the Sonoran desert, right outside the resort, were breathtaking, especially with the Saguaro cactus. The serene morning walks around the well-kept grounds added to the tranquility. The pool and lazy river were great for relaxation, and the restaurants offered delicious dining options. But what stood out the most was the genuinely caring and fun staff. This resort truly felt like a home away from home.

The service and food were below par as we waited an incredibly long time for our order. They even managed to mess up our order multiple times, including forgetting our salsa for 30 minutes.
