The hotel's location, just 20 km from both Monorail - Las Vegas Convention Center and McCarran International, offered great convenience for my travels.

While at the casino, I found it disappointing that the bartenders were not readily available and that there was a limit of one drink per hour while playing. This minor inconvenience detracted from the overall experience at the casino.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite and was pleased with the business center and onsite vending machines with snacks and drinks. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making my work-related activities convenient and efficient.

I wish the hotel offered a more robust room service menu to accommodate my work schedule better.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. the furniture was comfortable and the small refrigerator in the room was convenient. the breakfast in the restaurant was amazing, especially the biscuits and gravy. the waitresses were friendly and the service was top-notch. the pool was a great place for families to relax, although it did get a bit smoky at times due to people smoking in the area.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as there were shady individuals approaching guests in the parking lot and elevator, asking for money. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Plus, the free parking was a big bonus for us.

The hotel's on-premises restaurant was a convenient option, but it was often filled with smoke from the casino attached to it. Despite not being located near many attractions, the rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
