The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were excellent and we slept incredibly well. Conveniently located near food and petrol station shops. Highly recommend for those travelling by car.

The variety and quality of the breakfast options exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to answer all our questions and fulfill our requests to our satisfaction. We truly appreciated their helpfulness.

The shower curtain in the bathroom didn't stay closed due to a fallen rod that was not properly repaired.

Excellent Customer Service and Comfortable Stay

During our recent stay at Sleep Inn in Hobbs, we had a superb experience with the customer service provided by Laurie and Marcos. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We were impressed by their compassion, understanding, and attentiveness.

The pool was closed, but they arranged for us to use a nearby pool for free. The heat wasn't working, but they moved us to a different room. The staff was amazing and friendly, making our stay great. Highly recommended! Thank you!

This hotel provides a great way to relieve work-related stress with its comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The rooms are sparkling clean, spacious, and always smell great when you walk in. This hotel is great value for money! During my xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by all the complementary amenities they offered. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. Another great aspect was their location on the main road, which made it easy to find and provided easy access to different attractions. The room was also clean and had all the necessary amenities that I needed, like a microwave and fridge.

There was some noise disturbance during my stay. Guests in nearby rooms could be heard clearly through the walls, which made it hard to sleep in.
