Centrally located and easy to access local attractions, good breakfast options, and accommodating staff.

Towels had stains, noise from outside was constant throughout the night, uncomfortable bed mattresses, and the room was not as clean as expected.

Luxurious amenities and outstanding service made my stay here unforgettable. The rooftop pool and the Spa centre were breathtaking with a stunning view of the city. The beauty treatments and massages were exceptionally perfect. The Spa lounge was a peaceful, relaxing environment with staff always at hand to ensure satisfaction. The restaurant had an incredible meal filled with a variety of mouthwatering delicacies. In-room breakfast was outstanding; poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were perfect for indulging with extraordinary drinks.

I experienced only one minor issue during my stay here. The steam room temperature was too hot, making me feel slightly uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

We also loved that the hotel offered a car service, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

A few minor issues dampened our stay. The room could have been better maintained, with some dents and discolorations. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and parking were chargeable, which added to the overall expense. While these factors didn't ruin our experience, they were definitely worth mentioning.

Located in a prime area next to the Beverly shopping mall, this hotel is convenient for easy access to both Downtown and Beverly Hills shopping centres. The rooms are modern, clean with comfortable bedding, and some offer great views. Staff members are courteous, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast area offers a pleasant experience with delicious food.
