Great room with comfortable beds and stylish decor. the hotel had a rooftop swimming pool that played fun music, creating a lively atmosphere. the 24-hour fitness center was also a plus, offering plenty of options for exercise.

The pricing at the hotel was exploitative, with exorbitant prices for food and services. Room service prices were ridiculously high.

The Luxury Collection hotel is exceptional. The room service is incredibly fast and the staff is friendly. The bathroom was amazing and luxurious. I had an amazing experience and would recommend this hotel.

Close to everything - The hotel's location made it easy to access popular attractions like the Grove and the Beverly shopping mall. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to California for work was convenient.

We had a memorable and comfortable stay with smart rooms, stylish restaurants, and pleasant staff. The hotel's unusual artistic flair was impressive, with Philippe Stark design touches everywhere. The location in the heart of Beverly Hills was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and a Chase Bank.

Centrally located and easy to access local attractions, good breakfast options, and accommodating staff.

Towels had stains, noise from outside was constant throughout the night, uncomfortable bed mattresses, and the room was not as clean as expected.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the heart of Beverly Hills and everything it has to offer. The pool was a great amenity, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The bar and vibe are fabulous, with a super stylish overall look and feel. The staff is fantastic, treating us to drinks and appetizers while we waited for our room. The pool is very pretty with a great contemporary art touch. The service is outstanding, with special thanks to manager Mr. Rigoberto and the helpful front desk staff. Concierge Britney is amazing, providing personal tour guide services and insider information on what's hot, new, and trendy in the city.

Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.

The valet/house car, check-in, engineering, and concierge were exceptional. The concierge even recovered and mailed back a lost scarf to Australia. The staff at the spa were also outstanding. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and location were all excellent.

the rooftop pool and the Spa centre were breathtaking with a stunning view of the city. the beauty treatments and massages were exceptionally perfect. the Spa lounge was a peaceful, relaxing environment with staff always at hand to ensure satisfaction. the restaurant had an incredible meal filled with a variety of mouthwatering delicacies. In-room breakfast was outstanding; poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were perfect for indulging with extraordinary drinks. Cons: I experienced only one minor issue during my stay here. the steam room temperature was too hot, making me feel slightly uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The pool area was super relaxing with attentive staff. The spacious room had a really comfy bed. The bathroom was smart, with fluffy towels and a roomy power shower. Good hotel dining choices, and the hotel was close to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood restaurants/bars.

Amazing New Year's experience! the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the famous shopping street and plenty of great restaurants. We also loved that the hotel offered a car service, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

A few minor issues dampened our stay. the room could have been better maintained, with some dents and discolorations.

Exceptional concierge and wait staff. Wonderful food. Professional and friendly service. 24-hour in-room dining available. Lovely location for honeymoon or special occasions.
