We had an amazing time at Maya Tulum By G Hotels. The location right on the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The facility was well-maintained and the staff was exceptional in their customer service, from the refreshing coconut drink upon arrival to their assistance with our baggage.

There were some minor drawbacks. The breakfast options were basic and the beach was covered in seaweed, which made swimming difficult.

The area was well-maintained and had a lovely garden where children could play. The rooms, especially the ones with a garden view, were kept immaculately clean. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was made to order and always delicious. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
