The staff was exceptional, friendly and welcoming. The food options were great. Nightly entertainment was excellent. Smaller resort, more attentive service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The resort offers two open concept restaurants where you can enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff at the beach area is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that you have everything you need for a relaxing day by the water. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast options are varied and satisfying, with plenty to choose from to start your day off right.

Some of the evening shows could be improved, as the venue for the performances is not the best.

I had an incredible stay at the resort. The staff were amazingly warm and welcoming. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The nightly shows were top-notch, with the Chic Angels and Vibe team delivering exceptional performances. Special shout-out to Ray, Ruddy, Julio, Siri, Santiago, and Big Papi from the Physical Fitness crew for keeping the energy high. The bartenders and waiters, including Marco, Fabio, Mirabel, Roberto, Juan. Elvira and our butler Esmirina were also fantastic. The food was excellent, with the buffet and Hunter's restaurant being my favorites. The smaller resort size allowed for more personalized attention, and the private beach and bar were definitely worth the extra cost. The pool and club life provided entertaining experiences, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location near various activities were all kept at an excellent level, right down to the beautiful ocean and beach area around 9am and the transportation to and from the airport, despite a delay in my flight out of Ottawa.

Amazing service! I had a minor issue with my room, but the staff quickly resolved it and even upgraded me to a better room. The food was delicious and the poolside activities were so much fun. I had a great time at this Autograph Collection resort and would definitely recommend it.

The staff, especially Marisol, was amazing at the pool bar. Breakfast at the buffet was varied and complete. The TANDORI restaurant had spectacular Indian cuisine, especially the basmati rice. PESCARI restaurant served delicious sushi and ceviche. Service was personalized and attentive, with a special shoutout to Pedro, Marcos, Katherine, and Salvador. The resort had a range of activities, including a fun foam party. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at a fabulous all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana for a weekend getaway. The staff at this Autograph Collection hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. The service was personalized and attentive, with special thanks to our butler Pedro, who went above and beyond to meet our every need. The food at the buffet and the specialty restaurants was fantastic, with the Indian cuisine at TANDORI and the sushi and ceviche at PESCARI being standout favorites. The resort also offered a variety of fun activities and entertaining shows, such as the foam party and theme parties at night. We had an absolute blast and are already planning our next visit!

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, providing a nice atmosphere for our vacation. the cleanliness and organization of the rooms were notable, thanks to the housekeeping service. the food and beverages offered at the hotel were of high quality, and the staff took care to ensure our table was well taken care of. Additionally, the pool activities and night shows were entertaining and well-organized.

Although the hotel was enjoyable overall, some areas could use improvement. the resort showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from its overall appearance.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the shows at night were excellent, the food was delicious, and the smaller resort size made for more attentive service.
