The hotel was conveniently located near theaters, making it easy to catch a show. the historic building added a charming touch to the stay. Additionally, the staff was top-notch, providing excellent service whenever needed.

There was some noise from late-night party people in the halls, but they quieted down promptly.

The staff was amazing, with six staff members available round the clock to provide exceptional service. The housekeeping was spotless, the air conditioning and heating worked like a dream, and we loved the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room. Additionally, the terrace and garden furniture were a great touch, and the bar area was excellent for relaxing after a long day.

The front desk staff were great! Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast was good quality and well priced. The parking was easy, and we were lucky to find a spot right outside the entrance. The hotel also had a coffee shop connected and a rooftop bar with incredible bartenders and a great party scene.

The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were nice during the holidays. the hotel was located close to popular holiday shopping areas and easily accessible by public transportation. the breakfast was tasty and offered many options.
