The resort had excellent rooms, great staff, and excellent pools and karaoke. The facilities had lots of amenities and first-class tennis courts. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond in service.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Disney World and Universal Studios. the hotel had a secure entrance and was well maintained. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as karaoke, mini golf, tennis, and bingo. the pool area was very nice and a great place to relax.

The check-in process took longer than expected, and there were some issues with communication and customer service. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and we struggled to get a signal on our phones.

The staff was accommodating, helping my mom get a lower floor room. The room had a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. The spa tub provided a nice relaxation option. The location was convenient and the pool area was enjoyable.

This hotel was an amazing find - amazing value for money! The location was perfect and really close to all the theme parks we wanted to visit. The staff were really attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also loved having a room with a balcony which was a great place to relax after a long day out. Our group of friends recently stayed at a resort in the Orlando area and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the major theme parks and attractions in the area. We were just a short drive from Disney World and other exciting destinations. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the amazing views of the surrounding area.
