exceptional service from akash made our stay unforgettable as we were all close together

Moevenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach is a gem! The staff are truly outstanding, especially Akash, who went out of his way to ensure our rooms were conveniently close together. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options. I loved the spaciousness of our partial sea view room—it made our stay feel so luxurious! Plus, the location is perfect for both the beach and dining options, making everything easily accessible. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit, a truly memorable experience.

we had an amazing stay at moevenpick hotel jumeirah beach! the staff were super friendly, from check-in to the pool bar. the gym was great, overlooking the outdoor pool, which was such a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk to kuma on reception. they even catered to my son's dairy allergy without any issues!

The best and worst parts

The location is fantastic! just 5 mins to the beach & amazing food options impress with over 100 choices. The staff are all stars, catering to every need with sincerity.

The room's air conditioning struggles keeping cool, even with attempts to fix it.

Recommend it for families

We had a great time staying for a couple of nights. The staff were fantastic, especially a guy named Mirza who went out of his way to help us during check-in and check-out, making everything easy. The Movenpick Ice Cream café was a major highlight, we indulged every afternoon, and trust me, the ice cream is incredible. The sport bar was also pretty cool, great atmosphere, watched some matches on a huge screen and had some friendly chats with the staff who were super helpful.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but given the experience, it felt acceptable.
