We had a great stay at a lovely hotel in Carlsbad. the Stevens Inn was perfect for us. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the recently remodeled bathrooms were a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable, especially for someone with a sensitive back like me. the free breakfast was delicious, and we never felt crowded or overwhelmed. the hotel also had a fitness center and pool, which were both fantastic amenities. we found the Stevens Inn to be a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

The pet deposit was also very reasonable. it was a great place to stay with our two small kids.

One night, we unfortunately experienced some noise disturbance from rowdy, drunken men. However, the issue was promptly addressed by the hotel management, and the subsequent nights were as quiet as the first.

The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and gave us a warm welcome, despite our late arrival. The breakfast was a delightful bonus, with excellent service. Robert, the front desk clerk, provided exceptional customer service, guiding us to our rooms and giving us helpful information about the next morning's breakfast. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the on-site restaurant Fume, the Catus Bar, and the pool area. There was even a laundry facility available. a great place to stay with all the comforts you need!

There were a few aspects of my stay that were not up to par. the air conditioner in the room was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
