The facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

I celebrated my birthday at Sun Castle Resort and had a wonderful time. The view from our villa was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the boats pass by, including the tiki bar boat, the mini haha, and the parasailing boat. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and activities. The staff was great and quickly resolved any issues we had with our unit. The pool, kayaks, and exercise room were all great amenities.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! It was peaceful and quiet during the day, perfect for relaxation. We were lucky to witness a beautiful wedding and the fireworks on the lake at night, which made our stay even more amazing. Amazing views! Our family of six loved the spacious condos. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and complimentary coffee and dishwashing tablets. The two decks were perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the kayaks and pool on the property.

The check-in wasn't smooth and the condo wasn't cleaned as well as we would have liked. We had to call for extra towels and toilet paper.
