The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a few minutes away from shops and restaurants, making it convenient for my trip. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were adequate. Plus, the breakfast was a bonus, offering a basic but satisfying start to the day.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The availability of hot water was impressive, even with three people taking showers in succession. the hotel's convenient location near the interstate made it easily accessible. Parking near the room entrance was a nice touch, allowing for effortless unloading of luggage.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The shower head and tub had visible signs of mildew, which was quite off-putting.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Freeport Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. It felt like everything was brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best sleep we've had in a long time. The staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, and we were able to easily explore the area. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We chose this hotel for a romantic escape and it did have a few positive aspects. the location was convenient as there were several fun places to visit nearby. We enjoyed walking across the street to the local brewery and trying their delicious IPAs. The fact that there were other great restaurants and attractions within a short drive was also a plus. we loved the breakfast situation at the hotel. They had a variety of options like yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, and a pancake maker. It definitely helped us start our day on a positive note.
