As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and attentive staff. The lobby and outdoor areas were beautiful. The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was amazing, cooked with southern charm and the restaurant staff made us feel like we were the most important guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tupelo and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to downtown and within walking distance to several places to eat. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and made my stay comfortable on a hot humid day.

There was one small issue that could be improved upon.

The hotel is conveniently located near a convention center and restaurants. It's easy to get there from the Birmingham area, and the downtown area is right across the street with plenty of things to do and great food options. The staff is generally friendly and the room was clean.

The noise level of the hotel is quite high. Even late in the evening, housekeeping was still cleaning rooms and making a lot of noise.

The Hilton Garden in Tupelo provided great value for my money. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, right off the interstate and close to our venue and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful recommendations and even giving us a wake-up call each morning. The pool was conveniently located right by the elevator and the front reception area was a well-designed space to meet friends. Plus, the complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

As for breakfast, it would have been delightful to have a wider variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast service at Hilton Garden was exceptional. The staff, particularly Clyde and Gerald, went above and beyond to provide true customer service. From the fresh fruit to the made-to-order omelets, the breakfast spread was delightful. The warmth and friendliness of Mr. Eddie, who took care of us during breakfast, made our day start with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The location is convenient and the downtown area, with good restaurants within walking distance, is a plus.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Tupelo. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from the super comfortable and spacious king-sized bed in my room to the delicious breakfast they provided every morning. The hotel was located in the perfect spot in downtown, with everything I needed just a stone's throw away.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like. Everything was just perfect!

The location of this hotel was perfect for my daughter's competition, as it was right next to the center. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in downtown, within a short walk to some good restaurants and the business area. The complimentary Hilton Hhonors breakfast was excellent, with cooked to order omelets and friendly restaurant staff. The breakfast food was amazing, cooked with intention and southern friendliness. The restaurant staff made us feel like the only customers and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness.
