Amazing beach vibes

This place was fantastic! The grounds are gorgeous and super well-kept. Breakfast and games in the lobby were nice touches. We had a room with an ocean view, which is unbeatable! Staff were friendly and super helpful. Only hiccup was that the showerhead didn’t work too well, but everything else was spot on.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, just across the street from the beach, is simply outstanding. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the comfort of your room's balcony. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are taken care of. The breakfast selection includes some delicious hot items to start your day off right.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning! We could see the ocean and it was such a beautiful sight. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or needs we had. Additionally, the location was perfect for us. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops, which made our stay even more convenient.

The noise from the traffic was quite bothersome during our stay. It was difficult to sleep at night with all the noise from cars passing by.

The hotel could use some updates, especially in the showers and flooring. the bed was just okay, not the most comfortable we've slept in.

Stayed at Tamarack Beach for a few nights and loved it! The balcony was perfect for sunset watching. Staff was friendly and gave great dinner recommendations. Convenient location near restaurants, Coaster, and beach. Clean pool and hot tubs. Would definitely return.

Secondly, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. Thirdly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with cozy bed sheets. Finally, the breakfast with "some" hot items is included in the room price and is delicious.

I recently stayed at Tamarack Beach for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just across the street from the ocean. My room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, and it felt like my own personal oasis. The hotel also had a recreation room with fun activities and a great movie collection. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an affordable beachside getaway.

It was all superb.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was blown away by the location, just across the street from the beach. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel right at home with their welcome drink and tour/ticket assistance. The room amenities were spot on with tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable sitting area. They even provided me with beach chairs and towels to enjoy the beautiful shoreline at my leisure. The leisure/TV room with video games and toys was a great touch for entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also highlights of my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for an affordable and enjoyable place to vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation with a great hotel near a stunning beach and Carlsbad town center. The location was perfect as we could walk to the ocean and explore the area. The room was comfortable and clean with all basic amenities we needed. The breakfast served helped us start the day on the right foot and was a great option for families. Moreover, the staff was welcoming and provided us with extra towels and linens.

The parking garage spaces were a bit tight, but we managed to fit without any issues.

Great location near the beach and town with comfortable, clean rooms that are restocked daily. Friendly staff and the attached restaurant is excellent. Plus, the high top table and barstools in the room create a perfect in-room dining experience.
