Soft mattresses: The only downside was the uncomfortable mattresses. They were soft and mushy, causing backaches.

The beach was absolutely incredible, with beautiful views and a private feel. The drinks were not watered down and the food at the Asian and Italian restaurants was delicious. The staff, especially the waiters and servers, provided exceptional service and made our experience incredible.

The nightlife options were limited, with only the Tequila Bar open until midnight. The carpet in the rooms was dirty and the patio doors did not close properly, causing the rooms to be uncomfortably hot.

The food options were excellent with a wide variety to choose from. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel itself felt outdated and in need of renovation. the service was lacking, with staff appearing disinterested and not providing the level of care expected.

As a recent guest at Hyatt Ziva, I had an amazing stay! The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and the hotel offered a wide range of free activities for both children and adults. The entertainment staff were awesome and the infinity swimming pools were a nice touch. I highly recommend trying the crunchy sushi from Pureza, the shrimp Ceviche or banana cheese Crepe for breakfast from Blaze, the delicious corns from the little buffet section of Casa Glande, and the mouthwatering Mozzarella Pizza & beef carpaccio from Manezane. The street food fish tacos were also a delicious treat.

The Christmas stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. the first thing I loved was the breathtaking view from the room, overlooking the beautiful beach. the facility itself was well-maintained and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food offered at the buffet. the quality and variety of dishes exceeded my expectations.

There were a couple of aspects that I disliked during my stay. the communication with the staff regarding specific requests was quite frustrating and inconsistent.

We had an amazing vacation at Hyatt Ziva! Our stay was for seven days, and we were delighted with our upgraded room. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was very good, and we especially appreciated the effort put into the evening entertainment, especially the Halloween festivities. The private beach and views were stunning, and the adult pool was a fantastic place to relax. The cabanas were a nice touch, and we received exceptional service from Arturo, Fermin, and Carlos. Rodrigo and Victor also made our stay unforgettable with their friendliness and excellent service.
