The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning, combining modern comfort with artistic flair. My room was a perfect mix of luxury and homeliness, featuring high-tech lighting and beautifully curated decor. I indulged in the rooftop dining experience, where the views and delicious food left me craving more!

However, check-in felt chaotic with long waits and confusion over room assignments. I also encountered noisy neighbors, which disrupted my peace during the night. Quite frustrating for a luxury stay.

Chur, the pool was sweet as, but the parking fees were ridiculous! Spent heaps and didn’t even get a heads up about the extra amenities fees. Bit disappointed.

The deluxe king room was spacious with air conditioning, a balcony, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. It had an iPod dock, seating area, and minibar. Loved the spa facilities. The shower was great and had safety grab rails. Really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool area and the friendly staff made everything better.

The confusing layout made it challenging to navigate, and the high parking fees were quite an unpleasant surprise!!! Limited pool access due to private events was also disappointing, affecting my overall experience!!!

Really loved the chill vibes and the rooftop bar was a highlight! Service was on point, even got a cocktail delivered to my lounge chair by the pool. Room was nice, but felt a bit cramped. Also, the food at the snack bar was tasty but kinda pricey. Still, worth it for the experience!
